Berry Smoothie

1 CupUnsweetened brown rice milk or almond milk
1 ScoopSprouted brown rice protein powder or hemp powder
1 TbspFlax oil
1 TbspChia Seeds (also known as Salba) or ground flax seeds
1/2 cupFrozen berries (your choice blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
1/2banana (you can peel the bananas and cut them and put them in a freezer bag, in the freezer. That way you will always have some on hand).

Mix all ingredients in blender. Makes 1 serving.
