Quinoa Salad

2 cupscooked quinoa
1 cupgrated carrot
2 green onions, chopped
1 branchcelery, finely chopped
1 Tbspsesame seeds
¼ cupparsley or cilantro, chopped

Vinaigrette

5 Tbspolive oil
1 Tbsplemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 clovegarlic, crushed
2 Tspmaple syrup or raw honey
1 TspDried oregano

Mix the salad ingredients together.

Mix the vinaigrette ingredients together. Pour onto salad and mix well.
