Individual Sessions

What happens during an Assessment and Follow-up session?

The Assessment session (1 hour):

In this appointment I gather information and find out what you are looking to achieve. I will ask you questions about your symptoms as well as your day-to-day schedule. This allows me to understand you better. Before this assessment session, I will email you two questionnaires. The first consists of questions about your lifestyle and medical history. The second questionnaire is based on symptoms you are experiencing, and helps us uncover nutritional deficiencies and imbalances.

The Follow-up session (1 hour):

During this session we will discuss the results of the "symptoms" questionnaire. Based on these results and your health goals I will be able to provide you with nutrition, lifestyle and supplement suggestions (if required). In some instances the best way to achieve your goal is using a step-by-step approach. If this is the case we will discuss the steps to be taken and why.

Why is a step-by-step approach more successful in getting results?

Sometimes trying to change everything at once can be overwhelming. It can create more stress for you as well as your body. By using a step-by-step approach we slowly ease into a new way of eating and living. Implementing a few small changes at a time while also achieving big results. This also allows us to adapt the program as we go, making sure you stay motivated and on track. Step-by-step programs are subject to a discount, depending on the number of sessions (usually no more than 4).
